Terms Of Service

I. Payments

1. Payments will be paid in full upfront. You may also pay 50% on initial and 50% on final if payments are over 100 USD or 100 Euros.2. Accepted currencies are in USD, Euros, or PHP.3. Sketches will be given after payment.4. Rush orders, complex or heavy commissions, as well as commissions intended for commercial usage have an extra fee depending on the severity.5. Donations are also welcome!

II. Revisions

1. Clients may ask for updates any time as well as make changes at any time.2. Clients are limited to two (2) revisions per commission. Any more than that is subjected to additional fees unless stated otherwise.3. If the client proceeds to be unresponsive for 15 days during the commission process, the artist has the rights to drop the work without refunds issued.

III. Copyright and Usage

1. The client may post the commission on any platform they wish as well as the ability to censor it if they wish or as needed.2. The client can not modify the work, remove signature/watermark, reproduce commercially nor take credit for the work.3. The artist holds every right to the produced drawing and is free to publish it in any platform, remove watermark/signature, and make alterations unless the commission is under a commercial usage by the client.
